We make lots of effort to accurately present our surfboards, SUP's and other products on our website. Tight quality controls ensure the uniformity of our surfboards. However, our surfboards and SUP's are shaped by hand, which means there may be small variances in the dimensions, rocker and weight of the boards. Ultimately, we want you to get what you ordered, so if you feel you got something different, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
We want you to be completely stoked with your new board. That's why we give you 30-days to try it out. If you are not happy with your board for any reason, just fill out our online returns form. Please note that your surfboard must be in new condition, wax free and damage free (pressure dings are OK). Refunds issued on a board that has been used will be in the form of a store credit.
Soulr Surfboards makes every effort to produce boards that are of the highest quality and standards. Numerous quality control checks are in place to ensure our boards are well constructed and free of defects. Due to the nature of surfing and stand up paddle boarding, we can not warranty the performance or durability of any board. Furthermore, we do not guarantee our products against damage or breakage under any circumstance. Once you have received the board, the handling and use of it are outside our control. Thus, we cannot warranty our products for any reason, including but not limited to: breaking of fins or the fin boxes, chipped cracking or warping of board resins, buckling of the board and/or the boards foam, and sun damage from heat and UV rays. Regular wear and tear should be expected and is not covered by any warranty. Please note that all of our boards are shaped completely by hand and we can not warranty or credit for any type of cosmetic issue(s). A cosmetic issue is considered anything that does not affect the structural integrity or performance of the surfboard, which includes but is not limited to the finish on the board, variations in color or in dimensions. This applies to both stock and custom ordered surfboards. If you have an issue with the board you received, you must send photos to us via email within 3 business days of delivery/pickup of your board.
Refunds can only be issued on unused merchandise in brand new condition. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price, including but not limited to, merchandise that has not been shipped out or picked up from our warehouse, factories, stores, and sales reps. This applies to all surfboards, SUP's and products offered on our website. Custom board orders are non-refundable once the deposit has been received.
